"Health improvements from the breathing device: After many years
of health problems, primarily sleeping disorders, but also leg
cramps, aches in joints and lower back, I found the breathing
device Frolov at MR in 2004 (breathing resistance through water).
At that time, I only worked 25% after a long sick leave, and the
company doctor suggested early retirement, which I did not
want. Tests prior to my breathing excercise period showed
that my breath was too rapid, 12 breaths per minute, and also that
my diaphragm breathing was practically non-existing. Initially, I
did not have the strenght to breathe longer periods of time as it
made me feel sick and dizzy. With time, I managed to increase both
resistance and time. I kept breathing with the device for two
years. As a result, my breathing has become much more efficient,
and the number of breaths has decreased to 5 per minute. Sleeping
problems as well as other health issues have improved
significantly. I now work 75%! In May 2007, I bought the millimeter
wave device, which I now use in conjunction with the breathing
device. In March 2009, I bought the new version of the breathing
device, which is much simplier to use. My breathing is now so good
that I only use the breathing device from time to time to remind my
body. In June the same year, I also purchased the Alfa device,
which scans the body's energies. Now, I can both feel and follow
the positive development on the computer screen. At first, my
readings on total health were rather low, between 25-65%. Now,
almost two years later, these readings show 75-95%. Fantastic! Just
imagine being like 47 years old when the birth certificate shows
65. Although you have to deal with health disorders from multiple
angels, I am completely convinced that breathing correctly is
the basis for good health."

"What is effective breathing?
The purpose of the breathing excercises of Människans Resurser in
Stockholm is to help people train their bodies to breathe less and
to better manage with less oxygen, as well as increase the level of
carbon dioxide in the blood. Carbon dioxide is the body's own
antioxidants which neutralises harmful surpluses of oxidants - free
radicals which break down the cells...With aging, the level of
carbon dioxide in the blood decreases. From 6.5% at the age of 20
to 6% at the age of 30. At 50 years of age, approximately 4.5%,
which is not enough to maintain healthy cells...By training our
capacity to manage with less oxygen, we are teaching our cells to

strengthening our health. But how? During three months, I tested a
simple breathing device which I kept in the car. Every day, for

"Example of a male client's blood pressure before the
breathing excercise began: systolic pressure was 160-170, diastolic
pressure was 95-100. The blood pressure began to stabilize after
approximately two weeks of using the breathing device 15-20 minutes
1-2 times a day. Now, his blood pressure is very stable at 135/78.
He now breathes with the device 15-20 minutes every second day or
when he feels the need to. All parameters on the Alfa measurement
device also improved during these two weeks and are also continuing
to remain stable. Absolutely fantastic! The reason for his high
blood pressure was intense daily stress. He is less stressed, has
